New satellite clubs in Gloucestershire

More opportunities to get active with new satellite clubs in Gloucestershire

Three new Satellite Clubs will launch this month in Gloucestershire, giving more opportunities for young people to get active.

They include:-

  • Hockey at Chipping Campden School in association with Blockley Ladies & Campden PE. This will take place from Thursday 12th January 2017 between 3.45pm - 5.15pm. To find out more email Sam Jones

  • Horse-riding at the Bourton Vale Equestrian Centre near Cotswold School, which will take place from Sunday 15th January 2017 at 1pm.To find out more email Leanne Launchbury

  • New Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tennis Satellite Club with Tennis Plus Academy at Stroud College. SEN tennis is a closed session but for more information on other Tennis Plus activities email Ioan Evans

Satellite Clubs are extensions or outposts of existing community sports clubs who bring their expertise and enthusiasm to local places, such as a school where young people already meet. Together the club and participants create a Satellite Club that offers sport in the way that young people want to receive it.
