Real PE is a unique, children centred approach to delivering PE in schools. It provides primary school practioners, like yourselves, with fun and simple PE schemes of work and equips them with the confidence and skills to deliver outstanding PE. It is fully aligned to the National Curriculum and Ofsted requirements and focuses on the development of agility, balance and coordination, healthy competition and cooperative learning. Imoves has launched their Active Schools package – a digital platform featuring over 1,000 lessons and activities developed by teachers, for teachers, to support active learning in every lesson. The resources are easy to use and include national curriculum-based lesson plans, demonstration movies, music and flashcards that minimise planning time whilst maximising learning outcomes and fun! The Association for Physical Education (afPE) is the only representative PE subject association in the UK. Their purpose is to promote and maintain high standards and safe practice in all aspects and at all levels of physical education, influencing developments in physical education at national and local levels. As the subject association for physical education, they provide quality assured membership services and resources and valuable professional support for members and the teaching profession through a range of high quality professional development opportunities, regular updates, member journals, insurance and helplines for health and safety and legal advice. The Child Protection in Sport Unit (CPSU) is a partnership between the NSPCC, Sport England, Sport Northern Ireland and Sport Wales.
